2. Refund Eligibility

If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not granted for user-end issues such as fundamentally inadequate internet speed (under 20Mbps) or refusal to follow technical setup instructions.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end but may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
